Delicious bread from RICH Kobo, a local freshly baked bakery run by the NPO Akarui Nouhou (Representative Director: Takebayashi Yumiko), is on sale at Minoritch Hokuryu.
"RICH Kobo" December sales dates
Sales will be held six times in December: Saturdays (3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th) and Tuesdays (13th and 20th). Pickup is available in store or by appointment for home pickup.
Types of bread
The types of bread available include salted butter, raisin bread, sunflower bean bun, cream bun, melon bread, cheese danish stick, chocolate croissant, curry bread, Vienna sausage roll, mini sliced bread, fermented butter croissant, cheese tart, pumpkin bean bun, cod roe cheese bread, brown rice butter roll, milk cream roll, salted caramel croissant, apple pie, blueberry pie, and new products this month are white bean bun and okara cake!!!
New products for December: "White bean bread" and "Okara cake"
"White Castor Bean Bread" is filled with whole white castor beans and has a gentle, warm sweetness that makes it delicious!
The "Okara Cake" is a moist snack cake made without wheat flour, using "Okara" and "Sunflower oil from Hokuryu Town", and topped with "sunflower nuts".
