Sergeant Hoshino Yuki (30 years old) of the Hekisui Police Station, Community Affairs Section, Community Affairs Division, Fukagawa Police Station, Asahikawa District, Hokkaido Prefectural Police, has created a banner that reads "If you receive a scam call, call #9111" to help prevent victims from falling victim to scam phone calls.
