City hall staff will not confirm your account number over the phone regarding the Special Fixed-Amount Payment Administration.

The Hokuryu Town Hall Resident Affairs Division would like to inform you about the special fixed-amount payment.

As part of measures to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently sending out application forms to each head of household for the special fixed-amount payment of 100,000 yen to each citizen of Japan.

Applications will be accepted by mail to avoid the risk of infection due to overcrowding at the counter.

Please fill out the application form while checking the sample, and be sure to enclose a copy of the applicant's identification such as a driver's license or health insurance card, as well as a copy of the bankbook for the account into which the money will be transferred, and then place it in the return envelope and mail it.

Please note that city hall staff will not confirm your account number over the phone in relation to fixed-amount benefit procedures, so please be careful not to fall victim to such fraud.
