This year's Ehomaki is a set of four types from the restaurant "Kazaguruma" at Sunflower Park Hokuryu Onsen. It's a set of four half rolls: "Ehomaki," "Shrimp Cutlet Roll," "Beef Kalbi Roll," and "Seafood Roll"!
"Eho" is the place where the God of Toshitoku resides and is considered to be auspicious. This year it is "north-northwest"!!!
Facing north-northwest, I pray for good health and wordlessly take a big bite! Itadakimasu!!!
