The monthly magazine "Columbus" was founded with the aim of promoting industrial cultivation in the local economy. It is published by Toho Tsushinsha Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo).

Since its launch, the magazine has focused on producers (manufacturers), small and medium-sized enterprises, and venture entrepreneurs, and has published articles on their activities.
