The 35th Sunflower Festival came to a close on Sunday, August 22nd, with all programs canceled. At Himawari no Sato, the sunflowers have finished blooming and most of the fields have been plowed.
The sunflowers blooming on the western hills are mustering their last bit of power, continuing to burn the flame of life to the fullest until they return to Mother Earth.
Thank you for this wonderful summer!
I look forward to seeing the beautiful sunflowers again next summer!!!
