Chika Araki (26 years old), granddaughter of Takao Yamada (81 years old), a resident of Hokuryu Town, has won the Best Actor award at the Marseille International Film Festival in France. Congratulations!!
He received this award for his leading role in "Haruhara-san no Uta" directed by Sugita Kyoji, which won the Grand Prix in the International Competition section of the 32nd Marseille International Film Festival.
