The consumer cooperative Coop Sapporo (headquarters: Sapporo City) operates a home delivery service called "Todoku."
We would like to introduce Hokuryu soba, a specialty product from Hokuryu Town, which has been included in the lineup of the "Hokkaido Support Todoku - Second Week of June 2021" catalog, part of the Todoku series (the following is an excerpt from the Todoku catalog).

Hokuryu Soba (Marunaka)
・This set includes "Hokuryu Soba," made with soba noodles from the Hokuryu Town Sunflower Soba Producers Association, with a refined texture, and "Kitawase," a dark brown, flavorful soba noodle from Hokkaido. This is a dried noodle set made by "Marunaka," a long-established store founded in 1933.
