Smiles are in full bloom again this year! The 54th Hokuryu Town Sunflower Olympics is being held! Come join us for a day that will lift your spirits and your bodies!<\/h2>\n
As the golden ears of rice bow and Hokuryu Town enters the harvest season of autumn, the annual event that invigorates our minds and bodies is back again this year!<\/p>\n
"Light exercise on a daily basis is important for a healthy and active life!"<\/p>\n
Such warm feelings were put into"The 54th Sunflower Olympics"<\/strong>will be held on Thursday, October 9th.<\/p>\n
Last year's tournament was also filled with smiles and cheers at the venue. Participants engaged in lively conversations with friends they hadn't seen in a long time, threw the balls with rapt enthusiasm, and experienced ups and downs in excitement. It was a symbol of the warm bonds of "one big family" that Hokuryu Town cherishes.<\/p>\n
So why not join in this year? Laugh out loud, get moving, and refresh your soul with fun games that everyone can play, tailored to their level of physical ability!<\/p>\n

Until Friday, October 3, 2025<\/strong>Please apply to the officers of your local neighborhood association's Himawari Longevity Association Federation or the Board of Education's Social Sports Section (Tel. 0164-34-7553). \n*Even if you are enrolled at Himawari University, you will need to apply separately.<\/p>\n
On a pleasant autumn day, the time we spend together gathering, laughing, and moving our bodies is a treasure that cannot be replaced by anything else. \nPlease invite your friends and join us.
