The Hokkaido Shimbun Digital website, operated by the Hokkaido Shimbun Press (Sapporo), has published an article (dated June 12th) entitled "Arrow signs to prevent wrong-way driving on expressways, new construction at Rumoi Horonuka IC, strengthening measures as accidents increase nationwide," which we would like to introduce to you.<\/p>\n

The article states, "Rumoi Kaiken is the Rumoi IC on the Fukagawa-Rumoi Expressway.Hokuryu Himawari IC (Hokuryu Town, Sorachi District)<\/strong>It is in charge of an area of over 20 kilometers, and three interchanges are located within Rumoi city: Rumoi Horonuka, Rumoi Owada, and Rumoi.<\/p>\n
