harvest<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>This onigiri is made by wrapping deep-fried tofu, a favorite food of foxes, who are said to be messengers of Inari, the god of bountiful harvests, in nutritious 15-grain rice seasoned with Kurosengoku soybeans.<\/p>\n<p>The seasoned rice is made with a dashi broth made from kelp and shiitake mushrooms, and is slowly simmered with shredded shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and dried daikon radish in the dashi broth, as well as rice cooked with 24-grain rice containing Kurosengoku soybeans, and then mixed with plenty of white sesame seeds!!!<\/p>\n<figure
