On Friday, April 28th, starting at 8:00 a.m., the Yawara Neighborhood Association Senior Citizens Club (Chairman Kanayama Nobuyuki) in Kitary\u016b Town conducted a roadside trash cleanup (trash collection).<\/p>\n

On the day, despite the chilly spring breeze, over 20 members participated. They picked up trash on the prefectural and town roads within the Wa neighborhood association area, working to keep the roads clean.<\/p>\n

Along Route 94 (Mashike Inada Line)<\/h2>\n

The litter collection will take about an hour round trip along the town roads of the Wa neighborhood association and a 2km prefectural road.<\/p>\n

Each person brought a garbage bag and fire tongs and collected garbage, cans, pieces of wood, etc. that had fallen on banks and irrigation ditches.<\/p>\n

It was an emotional encounter with the Tsukushibo!<\/h3>\n

Along the way, we were moved to encounter some sedge crickets that had thrived through the asphalt and were surviving and growing strong!<\/p>\n

Sorting garbage<\/h2>\n

The collected garbage was carefully separated into burnable garbage, non-burnable garbage, glass bottles, cans, plastic bottles, etc. Numerous garbage bags were loaded into the bed of a light truck.<\/p>\n

I also collected pieces of wood etc.
