They are then slowly soaked in water, seasoned, and simmered to create a variety of dishes!<\/p>\n<p>Freshly dug, crisp and tender new bamboo shoots!<br \/>\nYou can taste the flavor and slight sweetness of bamboo shoots, and fully enjoy the taste of spring!!!<\/p>\n<p>The vinegared rice for the pressed sushi is mixed with Nozawana dried baby sardines and ground sesame seeds, and topped with olive oil edamame and goji berries!<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy the flavors of spring with this happy lunch featuring oven-baked king salmon and Spanish mackerel marinated in sake lees, accompanied by bunapi
