Morning radio exercises for the 5th year of the Reiwa era have begun!
Morning radio exercises sponsored by the Hokuryu Town Board of Education have begun for the 2025 Reiwa 7 fiscal year.
The period will be 89 days, from Monday, June 9th to Friday, September 5th.
89 days of radio calisthenics!
On the first day, the sky was clear and blue, perfect for radio exercises!
Soaking up the new morning light, breathing in the refreshing air, and doing some full body exercise together!!!
Total body exercise that balances the body and your smiles are the source of energy for a long and healthy life.
So, let's start doing radio calisthenics today to power up our energy and get through the summer heat!
Under the sacred light of the "Shrine Forest" of Shinryu Shrine, we all enjoy healthy radio exercises with boundless love, gratitude and prayer.
